Deals worth billions announced at the airshow

THE first three days of the airshow have seen £24.6billion change hands in deals.

But it has not yet reached the heights it reached in 2008, when deals were worth £58.2billion were made.

The show organisers said the latest figures for the airshow showed the airshow was ‘the place to do business’.
