Ross Noble brings hilarious nonsense to Cranleigh

By Maria Virto
December 01, 2011

DON'T miss your opportunity to see one of the best live comics working internationally today as Ross Noble and Friends takes place at the Cranleigh Arts Centre on Friday December 9, at 8pm.

Geordie stand-up Ross has been performing since he was smuggled in to his local comedy club at the age of 15.

Licensing laws meant that immediately after his slot he had to leave through the kitchen – but he has never looked back.

In the years since, Ross has become known as a truly exciting and genuinely original performer and has received huge critical acclaim.

He is a former Perrier Award nominee, Barry Award, and Time Out award winner for best live stand-up, and has won a shed load of other prestigious awards and nominations. Ross Noble is now perhaps the most successful cult comedian of our time, with a loyal fan base derived largely from the ‘word-of-mouth’ recommendations of those having seen him perform live.

In this one night only performance; Noble is back doing what he does best; spinning forth hilarious nonsense for your amusement. This will be an unmissable chance to see Ross Noble compering in this intimate venue as a warm up to his Australian tour.

Ross will be joined by some of the best new comic talent in the UK.

I was Ross at the West End Centre recently- he was absolutely hilarious and genuinely seemed to make it up as he went along whilst jamming with members of the audience.

He is such an original performer, quite unlike any other comedian out there- get to see him if you can!
