Harmonica blues
29/11/2007
Hailed by the music press as Europe’s foremost blues harmonica exponent, Paul Lamb and his band The King Snakes (pictured) will bring their whoopin’ and hollerin’ blues to Aldershot’s West End Centre, on Friday, December 7, at 8pm.
Paul began his career at the age of 15. Struggling against the tide of local unemployment and economic depression, he took to the road working the club scene around the UK.
He began performing with Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Brownie McGhee and countless other blues greats that had originally inspired him.
Despite his dedication to his touring band, Paul Lamb has also enjoyed considerable success in other musical fields.
Tickets at £8 (£6.50) from the box office on 01252 330040.
