PEOPLE in Aldershot and Farnborough are still not recycling as much as their neighbours in Fleet and Yateley.

People in the Rushmoor area recycled just under a third – 31.5% – of their household waste in the final quarter of 2009.

This was an increase on April to September, when around 28% was recycled but still way behind Rushmoor Borough Council’s target.
