A GOVERNMENT programme designed to reach out to 120,000 ‘troubled families’ across the UK has so far failed to turn around a single case in Hampshire.

Figures issued by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) on May 13 show that although work has begun with almost 30% of the 120,000 families targeted by the Government nationwide, not one in the News & Mail patch had yet seen change for good.
