AN International freight group with members in 74 countries is settling into its new home in Aldershot.

The World Freight Group (WFG) is an association of 79 privately owned freight forwarding companies.

It has moved from Liss to the offices of Rojay World Freight in Eastern Road.

Formed in 1992 in Singapore by 11 companies, WFG now has members covering 288 airports and ports.

Each represents a designated area or

marketplace, working together to offer customers a comprehensive door to door service.

The Aldershot head office governs administration and day to day running. Chairman Roy Magee, also managing director of Rojay, has gained 23 years of experience since forming his company in Farnham as an export consultancy, helping companies develop export business. Rojay's 48 staff in three offices, including New York, deal with shipping, packing and warehousing.
