Daredevils delight at Extreme Stunt Show

Monster trucks, motorbikes, BMX and quad bikes were some of the attractions at Aldershot's Extreme Stunt Show

Ring of fire at the stunt show

Daring jumps, outrageous driving and a man on fire had the crowd in a frenzy at a stunt show in Aldershot.

More than 1,000 people attended The Extreme Stunt Show at Rushmoor Arena on Friday June 13.

The show contained monster trucks, motorcycles, quad bikes, BMX riders and other vehicles, all driven precariously around the open air arena for the pleasure of thrill-seeking spectators on the warm evening.

As well as motorcycle jumps and balancing acts involving stunt men stood on trucks as they, in turn, drove on two wheels, the standout performers were a motorcyclist who drove straight through a wall of flames, bursting out the other side in spectacular fashion, and a human fireball who walked around the arena waving at the crowds.

A spokesman for the show said the UK tour had gone very well.

“We’re really pleased that it was a success in Aldershot,” she said. “We’ve had some really nice comments online and we hope to be back next year.”
