A GROUP of 11 young people from Edgbarrow Youth Centre, Crowthorne, were presented with certificates after they completed a babysitting course.
The nine-week babysitting course at Bracknell Forest Borough Council's Edgbarrow Youth and Community Centre taught the young people about successful childcare and home safety.
The course is aimed at youngsters, aged 14 and above, and guides them through the basics
It includes teaching them about childcare, first aid, fire and home safety, child protection and the rights of parents and babysitters.
Cllr Dorothy Hayes, mayor of Bracknell Forest Borough, and Cllr Iain McCracken, executive member for leisure, presented the awards.
