ALDERSHOT family firm Edgar Jerome celebrated its 80th anniversary on Monday and invited the public to join in the celebrations. Visitors, including a TV crew, were able to tour the Wellington Street shop premises and see the firm's mini-museum on the third floor.
The shop specialises in men's wear and school uniforms. It was opened in 1923 by Mr Frederick Jerome, who was joined by his sons Fred and Edgar. Now their two sons, John and Paul, pictured cutting the celebration cake,run the business with a staff of five. Picture: Mike Hawley.
