Over 60s are being encouraged to play more golf at Southwood in Farnborough.
The club has launched a card which allows the over 60s to play any time of day, during the week, at reduced prices.
Coun David Clifford said: "The idea for the golf card came from one of the club members, Major Tom Cardwell, who has helped the council put the scheme together.
"Tom is a regular golfer and was able to reflect the needs of potential senior users."
He said many senior golfers played three or four times a week and the card was introduced for these regular users and to encourage others to play more.
Members will be entitled to a reduced green fee of £3 when a card is purchased. Membership fee is £180, or monthly direct debit which costs £192 in total per year. Call in at the Golf Shop to join.
