SURREY Police repeated their appeal to owners of expensive cars to put them in garages and to hide the keys in their houses after two more incidents on Friday.
After breaking into a house in Woodlands Road, Camberley, thieves used the keys to drive off in a £26,270 silver Lexus car.
Meanwhile in Lansdowne Road, Frimley, thieves failed to start a BMW parked in a driveway. They left in a white Ford Escort, which had been stolen in Portsmouth. That was later abandoned in Alphington Way, Frimley.
