Man sought in connection with £6,000 damage to car

British Transport Police have re-released images of a man they want to talk to in connection with the crime

An unfortunate car owner returned to their vehicle to find it had thousands of pounds worth of damage after leaving it parked at a train station car park for the day.

British Transport Police (BTP) have launched an appeal for information after a Nissan GTR received the damage, which could total £6,000, whilst parked in the Aldershot railway station car park.

The incident took place on Monday December 9 and Sergeant Justin Waite, investigating the case, said: “The owner of a Nissan GTR returned to his car at 7pm and found the driver’s side had been hit and the front spoiler was cracked, resulting in £6,000 worth of damage.”

The owner of the car is a male in his 40s who lives in Aldershot, not far from the scene.

BTP have re-released photographs of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
