FARNBOROUGH College of Technology’s Passion FM has returned to the airwaves, broadcasting on 106.8 FM.

Run by students from the media course, the radio station will be on air for just one month in the Blackwater Valley area and is a yearly project.

Passion FM will be giving listeners the chance to win £10,000 in it’s exciting new competition, Safe Cracker, which is in association with Lockrite Security in North Camp.

Listeners can call the station with a six digit code, which the presenter will tap into the safe, and if it opens, the lucky listener wins the contents.

Station manager Michelle Ullett said: “Everyone is very excited about the competition and we are looking forward to making one lucky person considerably better off.”

Gavin Harris, programme controller added: “Passion FM is aimed at people aged from 24 to 45 and sets out to create something not previously offered to the local area.

“We are balancing real classic hits with more of today’s best music, as well as interesting and informative chat.”

You can listen to Passion FM on 106.8 FM from 6am every morning or online at www.passionfm.com.
