HART planners have refused two and approved one of the latest telecommunications mast applications to reach the district's Development Control Committee.
A proposal from T Mobile (UK) for a 33 foot high mast with antennas on the south west edge of Blackbushe Business Park by Yateley Common was rejected on four grounds. The committee said the firm had failed to consult the Civil Aviation Authority or to provide a declaration that the mast complied with required exposure levels.
However, Hutchison 3G was given permission for a 66-foot high tower at Grove Farm south west of Hart Leisure Centre in Hitches Lane, Fleet. It is needed for the western part of Fleet and the northern edge of Church Crookham.
At Parfitts Farm, Eversley - just over the border from Yateley - Orange failed to get consent for ten equipment cabinets at the base of an electricity pylon.
