Police launch hunt for Aldershot flasher

Police are looking into reports of a man exposing himself in Manor Park and Arthur Street earlier this month

Police are investigating reports of a man indecently exposing himself in Manor Park in Aldershot.

The man was also seen exposing himself in Arthur Street between noon and 1pm on February 7.

He is described as white, with a round face and of a large build. He was average height and aged 30 or older. He was wearing a black padded coat, black trousers, sunglasses and a navy-blue baseball cap with a stripe logo along the peak.

Hampshire Constabulary's PC Marc Oliver said: “It is believed there may have been many people in the park at the time of this incident. The man was seen by a tree exposing himself and he was challenged by a passer by and he then left the area.

"He was seen by others in the Arthur Street area of the town.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Oliver at Aldershot Police Station on 101 or call Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
