FARNBOROUGH Rotary Club is supporting a drive to raise awareness of high blood pressure and the risk of a stroke.

Local rotarians have been working with the Stroke Association to encourage residents to look after their health.

On Saturday shoppers in the Princes Mead shopping centre had their blood pressure checked and to help set a Guinness Book of record for the highest readings taken in a day.

Local medical staff will be on hand tomorrow at Princes Mead between 10am and 4pm to take blood pressure and provide advice.
