THROUGHOUT 2001/02 St Peter's Church of England Junior School, Yateley, pupils and staff have been supporting the Wessex Cancer Trust.

They used their jubilee fun day as a fundraiser for their chosen charity.

Family and friends joined them in a day of fun and activities. The children organised stalls and games, which included doughnut eating, limbo dancing and pelting their teachers with wet sponges.

A talent show was organised for lunchtime with pupils and adults participating. This was followed by an afternoon of fun and games involving obstacles and lots of water.

They raised £202.06 bringing the total raised so far this year to £788.31.
