A SURREY police officer and a civilian employee who both live in Farnborough were among five people remanded in custody last week on serious drug offences.
PC Kevin Davies, 28, of Rye Close, and Emma Barnett, 29,of Alexandra Road, are both based at the force's headquarters at Guildford. They both face three conspiracy charges relating to the supply of cocaine, ecstasy and perverting the course of justice.
The other three defendants, who face similar charges, are Ben Rickwood, 27, of Ash Vale, Daniel Clark, 29, of Haslemere, and Piers Ravenhill, 30, of Hindhead.
A sixth person, Jason Brooks, of Bracknell, is accused of perverting the course of justice and was remanded on bail.
All six will appear at the Old Bailey on Monday.
Their appearance before Woking magistrates last Friday followed police swoops on 35 premises in West and North West Surrey, and North East Hampshire.
One of the premises raided was the Budokan Gymnasium at Frimley which was sealed off by officers.
