February 2005
Prupim and Astral submit an outline planning application to redevelop the Pyestock site with a warehouse and distribution park.
January 2006
Hart District Council’s planning committee debates the application, but puts off making a decision for a month for more talks and a detailed site visit.
February 2006
The application was again up for discussion but the meeting was halted when scores of angry residents were barred from entering the council chamber to hear the debate due to lack of space.
June 2006
Prupim invites the public to attend an exhibition of its plans and take bus tours of the site.
December 2006
Prupim submits amended plans.
March 2007
Prupim submits a new planning application.
Christmas Eve, 2007
Prupim submits a detailed planning application.
February 2008
Prupim announces it has appealed to the government on the grounds of Hart District Council’s non-determination of its outline planning application.
