The inquest into the death of a 20-year-old Yateley man stabbed to death in Hook has been opened and adjourned.

Dwayne Ayres, 20, of Cricket Hill Lane,Yateley, died in hospital following an incident in Holt Way, Hook, on November 2.

Coroner Andrew Bradley opened the inquest on Wednesday and adjourned proceedings until January 15.

Three people are due at Winchester Crown Court on November 21 charged with aggravated burglary in connection with the death of Mr Ayres.

Lucy Ayres, 28, of Green Springs, Crondall, Stuart Young, 21, from Shinfield near Reading, and a 16-year-old boy from Hook previously appeared at Aldershot Magistrates Court.

Ms Ayres and the unnamed 16-year-old, were remanded in custody.

Mr Young was granted unconditional bail.

A man, 24, who had been held on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail until 14 January.
