Police release e-fit of 'inappropriate comment' man

February 01, 2010

POLICE have released this picture of a man who made an “inappropriate comment” to a 15-year-old girl.

The girl was walking along Guildford Road West between 3.30pm and 3.50pm on January 25 when she noticed a man cycling along the road.

The man stopped, approached her and spoke to her and made the comment.

He then cycled off and did not follow her.

He is described as black, aged in his mid 30s, around 5ft 10ins tall, with a medium build and spoke with a Caribbean accent.

He wore a black coat and was riding a red mountain bike.

Farnborough PC Campbell Patrick said in a statement: “We are keen to hear from anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit or anyone who knows who he might be.

“This was an unusual incident and there would have been people around in the area at the time picking their children up from school.”

Anyone with information about the incident can contact PC Patrick at Farnborough police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
