By Tim TonkinMay 25, 2010
A FAMILY has spoken of their grief following the death of a woman involved in a car crash in Eversley last week.
Relatives of Jennifer Allen, who was from Wokingham, paid tribute to the 58-year-old mother of two describing her as a vivacious and honest lady.
Mrs Allen was left seriously injured following a three-car collision on the A327 near the junction with the entrance to Bramshill Quarry in Eversley at around 11.15am last Wednesday.
Sadly Missed
She was airlifted from the scene to Southampton General Hospital where she died the following day.
A family spokesman said that Mrs Allen would be sadly missed and asked that the family’s privacy be respected at this very difficult time.
Police are keen to hear from any motorists who may have seen the incident or any of the vehicles involved shortly before the collision.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Rob Heard at the Road Death Investigation Team, in Eastleigh, quoting Operation Chock on 101 or 0845 045 45 45 if you are calling from outside Hampshire, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
