Witness appeal after man flashed at schoolgirl

PEOPLE in Yateley are being asked to help police with their inquiries after a man indecently exposed himself to a child.
The incident, which happened between 4.30pm and 5.15pm on June 30, took place on a wooded path near the village hall in Old School Lane leading to Hall Lane.
A 12-year-old girl who was walking home from school was approached by a man who indecently exposed himself to her and then committed an indecent act.
The man was described as being white and aged in his 40s, of large build, with a square head and black hair. He was wearing cream-coloured shorts and a white, short-sleeved shirt.
"Disturbing"
PC Chris Hall, of the Yateley Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This was a disturbing incident which left the young girl shaken and upset.
“It happened during the afternoon in broad daylight and somebody may have been in the area and seen the man responsible.
“If you have any information about the incident or if you recognise the description of the man please contact us as soon as possible.”
