Aldershot man in court on rape charge

A MAN has appeared in court accused of the rape of a teenage girl in Aldershot's Manor Park.
Gheorghe Chiricea, 24, of Vine Street in the town, was due at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning.
Police have charged Mr Chiricea with rape, sexual assault and two other sexual offences.
The charges relate to an incident in Manor Park on the afternoon of Saturday, July 3.
