Farnborough 'bomb scare' woman still in custody

A WOMAN remains in police custody after a bomb disposal unit spent a day searching a house in Farnborough.
The 60-year-old was detained in Cove Road on Thursday after officers executed a search warrant.
Police received an allegation of a person making threats to kill, and the house and several neighbouring properties were cordoned off for the rest of the day.
Two Rottweiler dogs were taken away by police teams, according to eyewitnesses.
Officers remained at the scene until well into the evening, searching the house, garage and several vehicles. The bomb disposal unit left shortly before 5pm.
Police were unable to confirm at this stage whether they would be speaking to anyone else in connection with the incident.
