Man's bail extended over Yateley acid attack

A MAN arrested in connection with an acid attack on a teenager in Yateley has had his bail extended.
Police are continuing to appeal for more information about the incident, which took place near Manor Park Drive at around 9pm on January 9 this year.
A 16-year-old boy spent more than two weeks in hospital after acid was thrown at him near a wooded area of the town.
The teenager was taken to a specialist hospital in London to be treated for injuries to his face and upper body and he is now recovering at home.
A 46-year-old man from Yateley who was arrested in connection with the incident has now had his bail extended until April 30 pending further enquiries.
A 33-year-old man from Farnborough is due to answer his bail on March 18.
