Fourth US hearing for man accused of 'lewd' acts

A FLEET man has appeared in court for a fourth time on charges of having sexual encounters in the United States with a 13-year-old girl he reportedly met online.
Adam James Michael Robinson is accused of committing a ‘lewd act upon a child’ six times last December.
The 21-year-old appeared at San Bernardino Superior Court, in California on March 21 for a pre-preliminary conference. He appeared in the same court on New Year’s Eve, where he denied all six charges.
Mr Robinson, who is accused of meeting the girl online before the alleged offences took place in a motel in Redlands, California, will next appear in court on April 3.
