POLICE are searching for an Asian gang who targeted a Frimley off-licence.

The five-strong group stole £40 from the till after distracting staff at Unwin's in the High Street.

Their theft was captured on CCTV and police officers are now examining the tape.

The villain who took the money from the till was in his mid-30s, 6ft 2in tall, and had a beard. He was wearing a cream coloured sports jacket.

One of the gang was a woman. Wearing traditional black head-dress, she was aged about 40 and 5ft 6in tall.

Anyone who saw the group in the High Street at about 5pm last Thursday is asked to contact Camberley police on 01276 27131.
