FARNBOROUGH'S 48th airshow has hours of flying and aerobatic displays set for take-off.
The Farnborough International Airshow 2012's trade days run from Monday, July 9 to Friday, July 13, with the global aviation showpiece event building up to the weekend's public show.
Around 130,000 spectators will witness flying displays on the Saturday and Sunday, and stunts will be performed by the Breitling Jet Team and the Blades Aerobatic Team.
Additional airborne entertainment will feature the Avro Vulcan, the Yak 130 and the AAC Apache Helicopter.

On the ground, Farnborough also hosts the first European public appearance of Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipTwo replica, as well as static aircraft displays, exhibits, flight simulators, prototype cars, extreme sports demonstrations and rides.
