While I agree with much of Joyce Winstone’s letter (Huge airport on my doorstep) I must take issue with her references to Concorde.
I totally support increased flying at Farnborough and I live under the flight path.
Are we all so naïve that we didn’t realise that TAG would increase the number of flights through Farnborough at the earliest opportunity?

The appeal by TAG Aviation to increase Bank Holiday and weekend flights 100% by overthrowing the democratic will of thousands of affected residents begins 10am on January 23 at the Rushmoor Council offices, lasting for four days. Anyone can turn up.

I would like to add my family’s total support to TAG’s appeal to get permission for more flights at Farnborough Airport at weekends and bank holidays.
