Farnborough FC beats High Court petition

FARNBOROUGH FC has fought off a High Court bid to close the club and force it to pay off a debt.

Guideline Coaches Limited, which was previously employed by the club, brought a winding up petition at the High Court in London over a contested bill.

If the petition had been successful it could have forced Farnborough FC to stop trading, but the debt was settled before the hearing.
