DEAN Holdsworth was delighted with Sunday’s Rushmoor derby day win at Farnborough — his men earning a compliment from opposite number Garry Haylock after the Shots’ first pre-season run out.

The Aldershot Town chief saw a collection of first team players and triallists stamp their authority on the hosts to win 4-0 at the Rushmoor Stadium.

Haylock experimented too with potential newcomers but stated that “five or six of them probably won’t be involved at Didcot Town this weekend.”
