James Rowe is expected to sign a new deal at Aldershot Town .

The new deal is expected to be a 52-week contract as opposed to the 44-week contract the UEFA A-licensed coach had previously been on.

The former West Ham United assistant academy director has been at the club since the summer, when Gary Waddock appointed him as his assistant after being named as the new manager.

Rowe has recently graduated from the Johann Cruyff Institute in Holland with a Masters in coaching, utilising that knowledge as well as the experience he has picked up from the roles held within youth coaching to good effect as Waddock's number two this season.

He has also previously held roles with Birmingham City's academy for three years, as well as being a coaching advisor to the Premier League where he provided technical reports on academies across England and Europe.
