Only two teams stand between Aldershot Town FC and a place at Wembley for the final of the FA Trophy.

The Shots take on a team from one league below them in Conference South side Havant & Waterlooville in this weekend's quarter-final, but their own recent form means the game looks far from a formality.

A 2-1 defeat away at Nuneaton on Tuesday night followed a home draw against Halifax last Saturday, which has left the Shots just three points above the Conference Premier drop zone.

Manager Andy Scott has already warned his players to raise their game in Saturday's cup clash, but this week left it to assistant coach Matt Gray to tell Jon Couch about the team's preparations for what could be a cracker for the fans amid an increasingly congested fixture list.
