Off-the-field financial problems meant Farnborough's 2013/14 season nearly didn't happen.

However, after a surprise sponsorship deal with Paddy Power was announced, the Cherrywood Road side finally got their campaign under way in September.

After a difficult campaign, in which Spencer Day's side never really put a consistent run together, Farnborough eventually finished 16th in the Conference South on 52 points.

Highlights included that 1-0 'opening day' win over Dover and a 4-0 thumping of Weston-super-Mare, while the last three games at Cherrywood Road yielded 15 goals as Farnborough beat Bishop's Stortford and Maidenhead United 4-2 and 3-0 respectively before signing off with a 3-3 draw against Eastbourne Borough.
