Camberley and District Athletics Club is staging its tenth Julian Farrell Memorial 10k road race around the roads of Camberley on Sunday, September 29.

The race both starts and finishes at Kings International College, formerly France Hill Secondary School, Watchetts Drive, and takes in the Frimley Road, Portsmouth Road, Crawley Hill and Park Road.

Start time for the race is 11am. The race is open to runners 15 years and over on the day of the race. All finishers receive a commemorative medal with prizes worth over £250 to the more accomplished ones.

Trophies will be presented after the race to the first male and female in both the senior and under 21 categories.

Julian Farrell was a Mayor and President of the athletic club.

Entry forms are available for download from the club's website at or at many local sports centres, libraries and Surrey Heath's offices.

Entry fee is £7 per athlete, £8 on the day. It is hoped for an entry of over 400.
