Hospital praise

21/ 8/2008

THE NHS usually receives very negative press but I, for one, am most grateful to all the civilian and military staff who looked after me during my recent stay in Ward F3, at Frimley Park Hospital for a full knee replacement operation.

I was admitted on August 5 and had the operation on the same day.

I received the best of care and consideration throughout my stay, not only from the operating team and nursing staff, but also from the porters and to those staff who served my meals, brought me drinks and generally treated me with the utmost courtesy and kindness.

I thank them all.

Tony Pither, Field Way, Aldershot
